Refund & Returns

We want you to love your Cusbby case. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right — quickly and fairly.

Return Window

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a free replacement or refund
  • Requests should include clear photos and your order number

Non-Returnable Items

Because every personalized or engraved case is made just for you, we cannot accept returns on these custom orders unless there’s a production mistake or damage during shipping.

Refund Process

  1. Email support@cusbby.com to start your return
  2. Our team will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days
  3. Once approved and the item is received, refunds are issued to the original payment method

Partial Refunds

In rare cases, if an order includes both standard and personalized items, we may process a partial refund depending on the situation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or payment provider first — it may take a few days to appear. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us for help.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations before production begins. Once your item has entered engraving or shipping, it can no longer be changed. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible after checkout.
