3. Orders & Personalization
When you place an order, please review all details carefully — especially personalization options. Custom-engraved or made-to-order items begin production shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled once engraving starts. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
4. Payment

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Hong Kong, China, or the United States. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, with delivery estimated between 5–12 business days. More details are available in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days for eligible products. Personalized cases are non-returnable unless defective or damaged. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
