  • Personalized engraving & quality check: usually 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next business day

Estimated Delivery

  • Typical window: 5–12 business days after dispatch
  • Times vary by region, customs, and local courier schedules

Origin & Couriers

We ship from Hong Kong, China, and the US. Trusted global partners handle the journey to your door.

Tracking

Once your parcel ships, we’ll email a tracking link. You can also check your status anytime on Track Order.

Address & Delivery Notes

  • Please provide a complete address (name, street, city, postal code, country)
  • We recommend avoiding PO Boxes where possible
  • If the carrier marks a parcel as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors or your building manager first

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs checks and local duties or taxes. These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

Weather, holidays, or customs inspections can cause occasional delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, it’s usually in transit between facilities. We’re here to help if you need us.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
